When you spend over $100 on a phone you would expect it to work for a long time without having to deal with the screen blanking out or the phone not picking up service. Well with cingular i have recieved nothing but "BS" with my phones. I have had to have 16 phones replaced since i have been with cingular, YES I SAID 16! None of the failures were cause by anything i have done. I first purchased a V3 Razor and when the first phones screen blanked out they sent me a "new" phone but really it was just a reconditioned phone, or as they call it New. But even if it was a new phone they initially sent me as a replacement, only a short 5 days later did that phone's screen blank-out.

So now a little aggitated and confused i called cingular again and had them send out another phone, again they called it new, but it was obviously reconditioned, it came in a generic box with no battery or sim card and u also had to use the old battery cover on the new phone from your old phone. But thats not anywhere NEAR the end of my story..... nope. 13 phones later within 2 months..... let me say it again so you dont have to go back and read that again, THIRTEEN PHONES IN TWO MONTHS.... You answer this question for yourself, Does it make sense that a phone, sent to replace your NEW phone that you bought at the 130 dollar price tag or in my specific case it was $210 that i bought the razor for, shouldnt be new because the original phone was new.... But it again doesnt stop there i got a new phone, totally different make and model... it was a Sony- Ericsson W600i. $215 off the shelf..... one and a half months later I'm waiting for the second replacement..... I say this is rediculous, I have probably paid well over two hundred dollars in unused wireless minutes because of the downtime i had to endure without my phone.



ALL I WANT TO SAY IS THAT IF I PAID THE KIND OF MONEY I PAID WHY SHOULDNT I RECIEVE A NEW, I MEAN BRAND NEW PHONE TO REPLACE IT IF IT BREAKS.... I didnt pay 425 dollars for phones to not work, i didnt pay that type of money for reconditioned phones, so why shuld i be sent one?????????????
