DO NOT LOOK A GIFT HORSE IN THE MOUTH!  I don't know how often this has been said, but when this trial offer looked too good to be true, well it was.  Unfortunate timing, but when the package of this trial offer arrived I was away and missed the cancellation date.  When I finally found the phone no. to call the company rep said, no matter, I had missed the 15 day cancellation date, they would not accept returns, and the second shipment was on its way.  I deactivated my credit card and am now trying to cope with cleaning up this mess.  Any reputable company woud send confirmation of orders via email (they sure ask for your email address!), and publish and invoice and terms, which would have enabled me to cancel this mess prior to the 15 day trial date.  Therefore, their business practices are design to catch the unsuspecting, and unwary.  These people should be shut down and revoked their credit card affiliation.  Unfortunately, they will just open up under another name.

SO TAKE THE TIME TO READ THE REALLY SMALL FINE PRINT.  I AM WORKING WITH VISA TO SEE WHAT CAN BE DONE.
