Clear Choice Credit Solutions Complied with Clear Choice Credit Solutions Return Policy, Per Jessica #135, never refunded my $239.95 St. George Utah

I am a single parent and didn't have very good credit so I thought I would try Clear Choice Credit Solutions and authorized them to take $239.95 out of a joint account I have with my girlfriend.

I took my name off of my girlfriends account because we have been receiving numberous sales calls and some how these people have the banking numbers, but they can't get into th account because my name has been removed. These people are so rude they want to know my girlfriend name so they can have access to her account. I told them go to hell, your not getting her name.
Clear Choice Credit Solutions not only owes me still $239.95, but they are also selling our banking information to different institutions.

When I informed my girlfriend of what I had done she freaked, I had no phone number at the time to call and cancel and tried to put a stop payment, but unfornuately the check slide through and was cashed. This was actually ordered back in June/July and the money was taken out of our account July 2, 2003, at that time we finally obtained a phone number Clear Choice from a copy of the check.

I contacted Clear Choice Credit Solutions on numberous occassions and was told by Jessica, Rep. 135 that once I received the package send it immediatly back with proof of the payment of $239.95. On August 26, 2003 the same day I received the package which was postmarked August 22, 2003, I took it directly to the postoffice and paid and additional $4.00 to confirm the delivery which would have taken no more than 3 days for them to receive. Which was received by Clear Choice's well within the 10 day return policy from the date I received the package.
