Clear Choice Credit Solutions ripoff! Dishonest fraudulent billing. False advertising. St. George Utah

I was led to believe i would be recieving a credit card.
Instead i recieved a booklet telling me how and where to
apply for credit cards.

This booklet also explained that i would recieve a full
refund of the $239.95 fee that was deducted from my checking acct. if and when i recieved three denial letters from credit applications.

I followed the refund instructions and sent copies of the three denial letters,a bank statement showing the $239.95 fee that was deducted from my acct. and the Clear Choice Credit Solutions booklet back to them requestion a full refund as promised.

It has been four months since i sent my refund request and
i have yet to recieve a response. I have tried to contact them by phone unsuccesfully due to the phone number being no longer in service.
