ClearBreeze Solutions False Advertising that cost $ 990.00, and you can't get it back from your credit card co. Smyrna Georgia

ClearBreeze Solutions offers debt solution by lowering interest rates on your credit cards, & gaurantees you will pay them off in less than four years; with- out affecting your credit. The cost is $ 990.00.

They have a so-called qualifying rep. get your info. and then sell you on this plan, claiming you can rescind the contract in three days after receving your packet if you don't want it. They will tell you that they will send you the agreement package for your signature with details. Once you agree, they put a verification rep. on the phone who tells you not to ask any questions until he/she is done verifying your info., becuase he/she will have to stop & start all over again with the speech. He/she is recording your conversation during this time. During his/her speech, they say your card will be debited the same day for $990.00.

The problem is, the qualifying rep. says your credit card won't be debited until you receive and sign for your packet, (The postman requires a signature upon delivery). They really debit your card the same day, and the rescinding period starts once the verification rep. has you recorded saying okay to everything.

If you do as I did, and wait forthe verification rep. to stop speaking as he/she instructed you to do, they now have you recorded accepting the program package. When you ask about the misrepresentation told to you by the qualifying rep., it's too lae.

I waited for several hours and days on the phone trying to reach them. When I finally did, they hang-up on me. In addition, you can't e-mail them. When I finally got a customer service rep. and explained what happened, she didn't care, and kept aying "You accepted the agreement". I advised her that I would dispute it with my credit card company. The rep. then said, "All we have to do is let them hear the recorded message with the verification rep. where you agreed to the program and we will get paid.

I asked for the manager, and was hung-up on. It took several hours to get thru again. When I got the manager and explaned what happened, the only reason I was refunded was due to a personal conversation the qualifying rep. had with me, in which she asks if I'm Black. She then had another Black rep. get on the phone to help sell me on the program, and went as far to say, "We Blacks have to stick together. Oh, good, I got the verification rep., and he's Black too". The manager advised me that they can review my entire conversation with them to validate it. I advised her to do so, and gave her the names of everyone I spoke to. I advised her that I wouldn't know they were Black if she hadn't told me. I then said I was going to contact the Attorney General in Georgia to file a complaint. My money was refunded the next day. I went thru Hell and wouldn't wish this on anyone. By the way, I'm half Black and half Indian.
