Clockkit.com Steebarllc no response New Jersey Internet

I should have check Ripoff Report or challenged my credit card in time.  On November 14, 2015 I placed an order for 2 clock kits.  After receiving an order from another company I checked and it said "Awaiting Shipment".  In January 2016 I emailed them and they said they were waiting for a part and it should ship shortly.  After this I started calling every couple weeks and all their phone does is ring with no one answering.  I have sent serveral emails with no response. There web site of clockkit.com says thay are part of Steebarllc but if you type in steebar it takes you to clockkit.com.  This web site and company should be shut down.  

My loss is under $200 but how many other people are in my situation.  It can add up to a lot of dollars.
