About two months ago, I was served by this firm regarding a debt which has in fact been paid down regularly for approximately the past year and a half through my agreement with Consumer Credit Counseling Services, Inc.

On 3/24/08, I received another letter from this law firm to which was attached a counterfeit (!) court document which pretended to present an enforceable Order of the Court and a judgment on behalf of the plaintiff for a large sum of money, plus interest and costs. I became suspicious about the validity of their fraudulent claim/"judgment" when I noticed that the document was not signed. Sure enough, when I called the Superior Court Judge's office, they said no action had been taken on the case and asked that I send them a copy of the phony documents.

In addition to faking court documents and impersonating a judge, WWR has never provided a proper validation of the debt as required by law. They have refused to answer my calls regarding this matter. This is hilarious to me, except for all the poor people out there who don't know any better and who knuckle under to these slime sucking bottom feeders. I am certain I'm not the only person they are trying to take advantage of with their predatory and illegal collection practices.

You are telling my story! If you have any additional info about what your county court officer did to pursue the illegal and fraudulent use of court documents, I would like to know.

This Cosa Nostras needs to be shut down.
