Compressionsale.com They stole my money, reused to send replacement item after I requested an exchange which they set up Vernon Hills Illinois

 In March of 2013 I purchased two pair of support stockings from Compressionsale.com for $52.00. The items were too small and I put the pair I inspected back in the package, I did not even try to wear it.

I requested an exhcange for three larger pair not as tight stockins for $11.59  less and they gave me a return number.   I then recieved a email  weeks later from them wanting another $6.95 for shipping.  Their policy is free shipping in the U.S.    I emailed back why did they need $6.95  for shipping, they already owed me $11.59 for the exchange.    I heard nothing more from them.   a few weeks later I again emailed about the $6.95 and why they did not take it out of the money they owed me.    Again no answer.   Weeks later I got fed up so now deep into May I sent onemore email telling them to cancell the order and reinburse the $52.00 back to my credit card since they had no intention of sending the stockings  I requested for exchange.  I got no answer so finally contacted the attorney general, (no Help)    and the BBB which is trying to help.   The company is lying to the BBB now saying the stockings were worn,  a new perso there asked for the extra $6.95,   I am so tired of the lies.

I contacted the bank, the sale is being invetatgated and in dispute.    This company is dishonest, and lies.

I never recieved the exchange or my money back and now it is  June 2013.    I do not know what is this companies problem  but they are crooks, thiefs and liars   They have not contacted me for over a month and a half now to explain themselves as to why they have done this to me. I have emailed them at least 6 times and have never gotten an answer or response from them.  All I can say is   Bad Company, dishonest, thiefs, liars.
