Due to this very confusing and hard to read report, this situation had already been resolved by us on the same day that it happened.  The customer brought their computer back to the computer show, and it was exchanged and replaced without question.  However, it still gets posted online which probably won't get removed due to the nature of this site.  All we (Compu-Electronics) care about is that all of these issues gets attended to and dealt with.  Usually this is a normal situation where the customer jumps the gun and starts posting things everywhere online instead of naturally working it out with the company first.
