About four months ago I have made the mistake to purchase from Best Buy two computer software programs produced by Cosmi Corporation; Perfect Website Creator and Professional Website Promoter. When I tried to build an e-commerce website, I realized the software does not have the capability to build such a website. I have tried to contact the customer support listed on the software, but this software was issued in collaboration with two other companies, and both of them were asking me to contact the Cosmi Corporation. When trying to contact the Cosmi Corporation, they will ask me to open an account for a monthly fee for Technical Support. I did not see why I will have to pay for trying to ask them how to use their unusual and hard to comprehend and hard to use software. Their software is so unusual and so difficult to use compared to the software I have used before. After a couple months of numerous trials and errors, I was able to use the Professional Website Creator to put together an amateurish website but not an e-commerce one. I never got any help from Cosmi corporation. Then, after building an e-commerce website in just a few hours using the Yahoo Store free software, I have tried to use the Professional Website Promoter produced by Cosmi Corporation. Guess what? I could not use it at all. Cosmi Corporation wanted to get paid for support once again, and they never responded to my emails. They have some proposals in that software ten times more expensive than in Yahoo.
Since then, I have purchased by mistake two other computer software programs made by Cosmi Corporation, one from Aldi and one from Best Buy. I have returned the one from Aldi immediately and tomorrow, I will return the one from Best Buy as well. The last one, called Your Business Pack must have been put together by people from another world. I just tried to type on some 2"x4" labels and no matter what I did and what I tried, I could not do the job. I have used label programs before and everything was so easy to use. But not software products made by Cosmi. I wish this corporation stop selling software.

1.) I work for Cosmi - i believe the emails you have wrote to us included profanity in which you stated that we were all M*****f***ers. You also stated that the entire state of Illinois could not use the program, and that if we were ever there - you would kill us. That sir, is a legal threat.
2.) Had you first investigated that Yahoo had their own software that they offer prior to you using our program, you would have not been in your state
3.) We do not charge for customer support. Our number is listed on the box, as well as the fact that we respond to emails, faxes, and letters. As a matter of fact, we even go on company money, to follow up with customers by calling them back directly.
Try to get this level of customer support from other software companies. Let me know if you can receive a response regarding your concerns in usually, less than 24 hours.
Cosmi offers a 30 day guarentee on our products, it even says so on the box of your program - with the exception of the Complete Tax program.
Obviously - it seems as if this was a case of a misunderstanding with a dash of ignorance.
