I am not saying that I do not take responsibility and that I am not going to pay the debt back. I am simply trying to warn other consumers about how they treat their customers. The fact that I'm trying to make a payment and they won't accept it is total ridiculousness. Obviously you work for the company or have nothing better to do than sit here and wait to comment. I am obviously not the only one that has I had the same problem with this bank . Google it. Wish I would have. I hope that you are never so desperate that you have to take a bogus credit card.

Sub-Prime Credit

AUTHOR: Robert - (USA)

POSTED: Saturday, January 07, 2017

Credit One is a SUB-PRIME card for people that can not get a regular credit card.  So don't say that you have "perfect" credit and can get a 10,000 credit limit with 0% intrest for life because you have 800+ credit.  As if that was even near the case you would not have accepted this credit card with it's annual fee and high interest rates.

Your actions show why you are with a Sub-Prime credit card and will be with them for quite a while.

You see it is FEDERAL law that they disclose these fees to you, too bad it is not Federal law that you must read them.  If you are really going to come here and say that they said there was an annual fee but you did nothing to see that that fee was, then this is 100% on you...as the amount was disclosed and it is actually quite clear.

The other fact is you had a payment returned.  The reason doesn't matter because you are a Sub-Prime borrower and they don't care what the reason is.  If you aren't attentitve enough to make sure you put the correct account in that again is 100% YOUR fault.  It wouldn't have even mattered if you made the "correct" payment 30 seconds after you sent the bad one.

Do you see a pattern here?  As two "issues" you have reported are both issues that were caused by YOUR inattentiveness.

In the end they are the ones allowing you to borrow their money.  As such they can close your account out at any time and for any reason.

So sorry..not a RipOff, just someone who doesn't take responsibility for their actions.

I have yet to receive any type of communication from them. I saw there was an annual fee, but no specific amount. Ues, it was dumb not to dig deeper, but I have other issues with this company that prompted my report.

Wrong!

Before you agreed to the card, you were sent or it appeared on line the disclosure statement of any and all fees. You didn't even read it!
