Crunch Fitness Kept on wrongfully charging my credit card after I canceled my membership Sarasota Florida

Ripoff experience as they continued to wrongfully bill my credit card after I canceled my membership until I discovered 4 month later.

On or about December 24, 2015 I noticed that Crunch has been billing my credit card account despite that I have canceled my membership on or around 4 month ago (September 2015). Therefore, I called the branch and spoke to Mr. Justin R Pannucci, who introduced himself as the manager. He wanted to send me documents online via email, but I went to meet with him in person to precisely explain to him that I have canceled my membership and that the front desk had me sign the cancellation electronically without providing me with a document. In addition, I stated to him that the front desk verbally informed me that my last day to access the Gym will be November 18, 2015. However, he stated to me that they can't find it and most likely will not find it. He then had me sign the cancellation form again electronically and provided me with a paper copy of it having a request date as of 12/24/2015.

After I left, I made a little bit of online search to find out that I am not the only victim who has a similar problem. Thus, I called Crunch gym corporate headquarter to explain to them the issue. The employee stated to me that Crunch Sarasota is a franchisee and that they handle their own business. Moreover, I conducted a simple Google Search to find out that Justin's full name is "Justin Robert Pannucci." On his Linkedin account his title shows "Operating Partner, Crunch Fitness." A final Google Search of "Justin Robert Pannucci Mugshots" answered my question. According to public records Mr. Justin is a felon who was convicted of grand theft and burglary. That's one of Crunch's Operating Partner/Manager who may have access to my credit card and other personal information.
