Dar Waterfront & Associates I received a charge off notice from DAR Waterfront reg a charged off of $99.01 the creditor is Belle Epoque. I have never heard of either company and there is absolutely no way to speak with someone. Per the letter a judgement is being placed against me. I received a collection notice from DAR Waterfront for $99.01 the creditor is Belle Epoque. DAR ref # 10091805 Belle acct 1996237. I have never heard of Belle Epoque and I do not owe them any money. The letter sttaes a judgement will be placed against me. I have tried calling 800-289-5916 and it is all recorded you can not can not speak with a live person no matter what. I tried their website darwaterfront.com and all search engines Ripoff Report | Dar Waterfront & Associates Complaint Review . There is no wayt to speak with anyone no website to get any details. I am not paying this money as it clearly is a ripoff. My name needs to be cleared of any judgements from DAR Waterfront.
