Pro Mobile Gear is a company we have known for several years. We have started doing business with them this year and had no issues. That is till now.

IN April we got a stock of iphones in and they were sold to Pro Mobile Gear. IN the wholesale business it is quite common to ship stock for inspection before payment. This is to insure the receiving company is getting what they paid for. We shipped the stock to Pro Mobile it was received and we were supposed to get paid within 48 hours.

IT has not been 6 weeks and we have only received half of the 30K we were supposed to get. And this only came 2 weeks ago and only after calling at least 4 or 5X a day to finally get the accounting dept to go to the owner and get permission to send a check. The other half was to be sent out that week and we have made numerous attempts at calling and leaving messages to no avail.

We are now taking the matter legal to the fraud dept of the PA police dept. We are posting here in order to make sure everyone knows to not do business with Pro mobile if you want to get paid.

Not really true.

First off this statement from the company is not really a rebuttal. They do not deny anything that happened in my original Rip off report. That is because it is true and i have the checks and all emails to prove it. WE finally received most of the rest of the payment that was promised. They claimed they could not wire or for some reason send a check. But they could pay with paypal. I told them no because the fees of 2.9% on 15K is allot of money which is still owed to us. But Jim at Pro Mobile claimed this was the only way his boss was willing to pay. We accepted and ended up several hundred dollars short of the original invoice. Did they ever try to make it right? NO. In fact i never heard from them for quite some time till they offered to buy the cellular chargers we were selling.
The original product they ordered if it was fake or whatever then why did they not just send the product back? Why did they hold on to it sell it and then wait forever to pay us? We have done business worldwide no issues whatsoever and now Pro Mobile wants to make claims of FRAUD? There were never claims of anything fake about the product.

Also how can one make claims about a company saying that we cant deliver and such when they only did business with us one time?
The real story in rebuttal to their lies are below.
The above statement from PRo MObile is not entirely true
1. The stock sample that was sent to them they accepted them. They did not say they might be real they only asked that the chargers would be new like the sample. We said yes , they said great they wanted lots of them and preceded to place an order for 2000 units.
We have been selling these chargers for years with no complaints or any issues (i have company names and great feedback from them. As well as invoices and PO's). We placed their order with the company and they were stopped in customs due to another product that was on the same shipment and we waited on customs to make a decision on if they would release the product or not.
AT NO TIME did i just not talk to them. I kept in contact with brian every couple of days and even talked with him on the phone several times explaining they were stuck in customs and we were waiting.
I have all my emails to prove so in the event there is any doubt.

We had no control over the product not getting to us. Pro mobile did not pay a dime up front. Anyone who has dealt with customs knows they are the law and not much you can do to change any decision made.

AGain we had been selling this same product for years to several other companies and never had a shipping issue with customs. Pro mobile was not the only company affected. When this customs issue came about we did not order anymore product till just recently because we were concerned that it would too get stopped till we found out what the problem was. But no other company is throwing a fit or complaining. That is because they know we are legit.
I have letters of recommendations from other large companies who are well known in the wholesale industry as well saying they would not hesitate to do business with us at anytime and they highly recommend our company. This was a one time incident that really messed things up for us. We tried finding other suppliers for this product but Pro mobile was not willing to pay what price we were able to get it for from anyone else. We kept in touch at least weekly and explained each time we were still working on a new supplier. They were never left hanging or at any time left not knowing what was going on as they would lead anyone to believe above. Again we have emails to back up any and all statements made here.

When we emailed them and said we had new product in they said send a sample. We did this and they said it was fake. We had gotten many many samples from at least 15 different companies and some were fake we receivied. They gave us all the reasons it was fake. We said ok we must have missed that and sent the wrong sample. Again we offered them product many times in between march and now. But the prices were never what they wanted to pay.
So to say we cant deliver is a lie. They just did not like the prices of the product. Which i do understand. You are offered one price and then that supplier cant come through so you look elsewhere and you have to pay a higher price its not fair but its business.

I was finally able to get the customs issue worked out and get going again with our supplier.   So i got new samples in and sent pictures to Pro Mobile. Then All they did was delete the email stating they did not want to work with us they were good and that the whole deal was just a bet in the first place to see if we would deliver. What kind of company makes bets on suppliers? I mean does that sound like a professional company.

Funny thing is they make these claims stating we dont know what we are doing and we sell fakes yet its interesting that this all came about over 1 sample sent to them. I still am curious how sending 1 sample out means you cant deliver or how customs holding up your shipment means you are a bad company? They refuse to answer these questions.

In this business i know things happen but we did the right thing we kept in contact and we kept trying to sell them other products and find a new supplier for this product so that we could do business. We did that because we are a stand up company.
Then just a day later they said that when we get the new charger cables and connectors for the iphone 5 in they were interested in buying. Again i have the emails to prove it. So does this sound like a company who thinks we dont know what we are doing and all we sell is fake?
In the end this is not a rip off report. They paid no money and were not ripped off. They are just mad because we told the truth on the original report and that product didnt arrive. I fully understand being upset over the product not arriving as agreed but we had no control over it and did inform them of what was going on. We did apologize and we promised that we would make sure we did get the product one way or another. I went as far to say we would order the product and then when it came in then if they wanted it they could place an order. This way no one has an outstanding PO or any of the issues we had before.

In the end we have done business around the world selling many different products all with no issues. And again the only reason pro mobile is making a fuss is because we made it known they dont always pay their bills and they tried ripping us off.
Someone may ask why we would do business with a company who ripped us off before? Well my partner who was not a part of my company when the original ordeal happened wanted to do business with them and felt that if we sent product Certified COD nothing could go wrong payment wise.

We placed their order with the Manufacturer and they were stopped in customs due to another product that was on the same shipment and we waited on customs to make a decision on if they would release the product or not.
ALl the time i personally kept in contact with Brian at Pro MObile. I have all my emails to prove so in the event there is any question. I explained that they were stopped in customs and we were awaiting their decision.

2. I have a number of other companies we have dealt with selling this same product to for years with not one problem ever. This was the first time we had a shipping issue and it was not till months later that we found out what product on the shipment caused the red flag at customs.
I have letters of recommendations from other customers as well saying they would not hesitate to do business with us at anytime and they highly recommend our company. We had gotten many many samples from at least 15 different companies and some were fake we receivied. Since i did not see the product i can only assume we sent out the wrong unit for them.
Fast forward to September I was finally able to get the company we had been dealing with originally to send us their supplier information since they had since left the business and contacted them to make sure that we would have no future issues with customs.  So i got new samples in and sent pictures to Pro Mobile. Then All they did was delete the email stating they did not want to work with us they were good and that the whole deal was just a bet in the first place to see if we would deliver. What kind of company makes bets on suppliers?

Funny thing is they make these claims stating we dont know what we are doing and we sell fakes yet its interesting that this all came about over 1 sample sent to them. But sending one sample out which very well could have been the wrong charger to begin with has no baring on what a company can or can not do.
In this business i know things happen but we did the right thing we kept in contact and we kept trying to sell them other products and find a new supplier for this product so that we could do business. We did that because we are a stand up company.

The individual who posted this report about us is a complete Fraud, after being told to stay clear of this gentleman due to his inability to fulfill his promises and his inability to send real genuine product, i was in need of some real genuine product, this gentleman contact me saying he had the product, i asked him to send me some samples, in March he sent me what appeared to be real product, i placed an order,

it is now September, after numerous emails about several dozen reasons why he could not fulfill the order he finally emails me and notifies me that he has stock now, so after 6 months i ask him to send me new samples to ensure the product is true and genuine, after 6 months he send me new samples they are completely fake...... he then begins to argue with me that they are not... after doing some research i noticed he reported to Ripoff report about our company, this is my reply to his report.. anyone knowing Dynamic Wireless, or Jason please be careful, his product is fake, he has no clue what he is selling....!!
