Department of human services OKLAHOMA DHS My newborn girl was taken from me after being told the case was closed many times no drugs in my system her system or her umbilical cord proving throughout the whole pregnancy I did not abuse drugs I did test positive four times during pregnancy but proved they were prescribed dhs then changed the story to doctor seeking these were ER visits my child's father took his life due to this my family has been destroyed I am disabled and being charges with felony child neglect now while not guilty there words have meant more then my proof now I have fallen mentally and can not even care for myself now I have no means of transportation to due as they want proof Muskogee Oklahoma

My child was ripped from my arms after investigating for more then a week finding nothing by oklahoma DHS I feel as if I was a random victim considering how many terrible mothers take there children home me and my baby girls blood came back negative but for what was prescribed within a few hours of birth I felt I was being harassed my heart sank in such a special bonding time this woman was interragaing me for what reason I could not figure out the hospital had already verified that I had only been on the one medication for the last week of my pregnancy I was told to do so by my 2nd high risk doctor to help prevent P.P.D.

Considering I suffer from mental illness and took myself off ALL daily meds for it they then verified like the hospital did and said case closed I was faulsly accused by eastar birthing center by a nurse for being verbally rude and acting as if I was a physical threat to her with my daughter having tempature problems in nicu with no progress after a week which is very usual I was then kicked out for calmly explaining that I felt there needed to be more done for my child in a VERY respectful way no mother would anger the person in charge of caring for her dear child pure stupitidy I swore my innocence and was then excorted off the premises by police then to my surprise they called saying that they wanted to see me nurture and care for my child that my child was being released into my custody first they did the home check they said the home passed with flying colors me sleeping on a Matris on the floor in my room so my daughter haveing a almost four thousand dollar nursery then they said that in a few hours I will receive a call to pick her up the world lifted of my shoulders both me and her father were so happy a few hours later the call came but with one more demand that was optional so I did so knowing I had done nothing wrong and wouldn't mind taking extra steps to prove myself dhs saying they just wanted to please the hospital I was invited back to show that I could care and nurture my child without help an did so correctly they said the hospital would not stop calling them that they were fed up after the dhs workers had seen how I was being treated one of the workers stood up and then explained that this was going to be takin care of she explained she was calling her superviser and if there was any problems leaving in the morning with the stay being 24 hours to call and they will take care of it seeming guinuly angered and fed up it was six hours pass time for me and my child to be released with the one lady from dhs that called her superviser and more so on my side gone for unknown reasons and the other saying she was just waiting on something and everything was okay just verifying a few things and lieing repeadly saying she was on her way I was heavily drugged they had upped my doses of benzos and pain meds mixing them together that day when I had not ask for it never thought much of it the dhs lady finally came with her superviser asked the whole family to leave the room knowing I was suffering from post partum deppresion no sleep mental anguish along side my other disabilitys and heavily medicated

there was nobody to advocate an I feel they did this with the knowledge of all these things considering the PPSD was diagnosed there with a ward upstairs just for mothers and and newborns to go only finding this out after my tragaty they asked if I used drugs while pregnant I believe I relied with yes thinking they meant my prescribed meds they asked what and I told them they then informed me that my child was now in there custody and handed me a notebook piece of paper with a court date my heart was torn in two I cried out they took her from my arms immeditly the hospital security lady who was once rude to me came told told to escort me but instead escorted the dhs in a very rudely manner then came to get me sneaking am goodbye holdin me while walking she explained once outside the hospital she seen everything and new everything and new it was unjust and wrong that she had been paying attion from day one I asked her to go to court with me that only she seen and heard the truth lies and wrongdoing she said could not that job was all she had and they May get fired for what she just did kind words and a hug was given an there my everything was left behind they say that I came positive during pregnancy four times in court I proved with paper work that they were prescribed and was even told by high risk doctor I could take also DHS then changes the addict mother story to docter shopper for drugs the judge was shown pics of my beautiful home and her nursery also with proof of income and transportation he took there word over my paperwork proof not even allowing her to come home under supervision a few days later my car broke down my child's father caused us to get evicted by venting to him our situation landlord saying there was to much drama no way it has been eight months with no way to get to classes and do what they ask her father committed suicide with a knife in the chest on my front porch do to this November 24th and I have fallen apart dead inside with no support and now with a felony warrent for child neglect my picture on social media and everyone on Facebook seeing this remember the umbilical cord came back neg. even for prescribed meds showing use of my prescribed meds where an in no way could have even been abused during whole pregnancy they are now fialling for termanation and in just a few mothballs my daughter will be adopted and forever gone
