I ordered what I thought was a sample in February.  I received an anti-aging cream and 2 sample packets-1 vitamin C anti-aging and 1 stem cell collagen booster.  I never opened the products.  Last week I noticed 4 charges on my card, 1 for $94.95 and one for $93.89 from last month and the same for this month.  I called the number on my bank statement for this company.  They said that I was automatically set up for auto ship, and that what I received was a 14 day trial and that I was charged the full price for the products since I didn't cancel in February.  I saw nothing that stated that this was a trial that would be charged such a ridiculous amount of money.

The 2nd set of charges was for product getting ready to ship and they wouldn't cancel it even though it hadn't shipped. I received the anti-aging cream and an anti-aging serum in the second shipment.

When I questioned exactly what the charges were for I was told that the anti-aging cream was $94.95 and the anti-aging serum was $93.89.  The vitamin c and stem cell collagen booster were samples valued at .89 each.  I told them that I never received an anti-aging serum with the first shipment and the representative argued with me that I did and he had proof of shipment.  I told him I wasn't disputing the shipment, but the contents of that shipment, and that nothing had been opened.

I was hung up on.  I called back, got someone else, and the same thing happened.  They will refund me the 2nd shipment minus 15% if I send it back, but will do nothing for the first shipment.  I understand that it's my fault for not reading the fine print for the 1st shipment of anti-aging cream, but I have no intention of getting ripped off for $93.89 for a product never shipped and never received.

This company is a complete rip-off.
