Well I placed my order for new housing for my phone since a friend had dropped it and basically shattered my original housing.

I found this company through Google. I placed my order and a few days later I went online to check the status of my order. It said the order could not be found. I clicked the Chat with us button and they told me to give it about 5 days to show up. On the site they tell you your item will arrive in 5-7 days from ordering.

Another instance with the same order, I clicked to chat with a rep again and they said they were organizing inventory and the status would be updated in 5 days. This makes two weeks later at this point.

ANOTHER instance the 24 hour support told me it was a weekend and they could find any information on my order and to try back after the weekend.

My last encounter with the online support team told me my order had finally been shipped and when I asked for tracking info they could not provide any and basically said the info was not available and sorry. They couldnt even be sure the item was shipped.

Eventually I called the number which a male speaking hardly any english picked up the phone with a bunch of kids or people yelling in the background and I told him my order and he said it was shipped. He could not even pull up my info, name, address or shipping info on the phone as well.

I ended up having to go to my bank to have them reverse the charge and they actually filed a fraud complaint to some degree against the company.

BUYERS BEWARE. This company/individual is after free money and you will NOT receive your item. The reviews online are bogus and most are all made in one day (I assume the day the site went online).
