When I saw the sales ad for this company I thought what a great deal! So my husband and I decided to check it out even though its on the ghetto side of town and I don't normally like to ever buy anything on the ghetto side of town but wanted to be conservative for once so decided to go check it out. I was amazed by their selections and the great deals that they had there. I pick out a queen size mattress that was for $304.00 and a black dining room set for $259.00. We had told the sales rep Joel that we would come back the following week to get the item. He ask us to put some money down to "hold" it for us. So we put down $100 and told him we would come back on Wed. to get the merchandhise. Because I read the policy on the back of their receipt... that following Tues. I called Joel (the sales rep) if the items were in stock. He said they were. On Wed I went in to pay for the items and was told I would get same day delivery. I was also told that my items were in stock. They were to deliver my item around 2pm that day. Around noon I recvd a call from the guy who was suppose to deliver my furniture that he would be on his way and that my items were on the truck but that he had to drop off another order first. Around 2pm I did not recvd my product but a surprising call from Joel. Supposely the dining room table that I paid for the chairs were not in stock. (so funny he said that when earlier it was on a truck to be deliver right?) He says what he will do is give me the same set different color to use while he order the one I bought. And then he will switch it. It really did sound too good to be true, but I trusted that Joel was a loyal salesman and I'm a nice person so I gave him the benefit of doubt. Wouldn't it be funny that the delivery guy was also my sales guy? And they were telling me it was an outside source that delivered their furniture and that's why they can only take cash for delivery charge. Well Joel shows up around 5pm that day w/ the mattress and dining room set all in his white mini van. So ghetto! I show him my furniture at my home and told him everything is black and that is why its so important that my dining room stay the same color. He nod his head and reminded/assure me that my dining room table would take exactly 2 weeks to show up. That for me to just use that one for now until it comes. He assure me he would call me and let me know and deliver it free of charge when it came in.


I waited for exactly two weeks before I called to ask if my table would come in. The mexican sales rep that works with Joel assure me that it would come on the shipment the next day. When the next day came I did not receive a call from them I waited 2 more days pass the day I was to get my table before I called again. When I called the mexican guy told me it was not on the shipment he told me it would..and that they would be getting a truck the day after and he "hopes" it shows up on that one. The next day I called the furniture place and got the mexican guy again. I ask to speak to Joel and so he handed Joel the phone. Joel was quick to tell me that he got the table, put a note on there for them to not sell it and that he will be delivering it to me. He ask me if Sunday would be a good day for him to bring it to me. I told him Sunday would be great. Come Sunday I received no call nor delivery of my product. I waited until Monday to call him... When I called on Monday no one pick up on my phone calls and so I left a voicemail. On Tuesday I called and was able to speak to Joel again. Joel excuse was that he was soooo busy on Sunday he did not deliver it and on Monday he just forgot! So he said he would deliver it to me that night. But then he said "i don't know if i can carry it though. I have back problems." I was so annoyed at this point so I told him that he can bring it after 5pm and my husband would help him carried it up. Joel told me he thinks that would work great for him. Well, how about that night Joel did not show up...its two days later and Joel has not called to give me any reasons to why he has not delievered my table. At this point I will not waste my time and call to hear him give me a stupid excuse again that he has my table sitting at his warehouse waiting to be deliver. What kind of customer service is this? This is exactly why I buy from expensive high end places and not some ghetto place who deliver my furniture in a mini van; give me something to use for the time being and still have not show up w/ my furniture nor give me a legit excuse for why its taking them so long!


I am not stuck with this dining room set that I did not pay for; doesn't look like I am getting my table I bought..and will now have to file a complaint with the BBB along w/ taking this to court to get my money back!


Do not buy from this place; its a rip off... only buy if you are taking a truck over there to pick up and you can see your products.
