At first, this company seemed great, who wouldn't want bottled water delivered straight to their door?But after a few months their delivery time changed. Instead of coming at 2 or 3 in the afternoon, they started coming very early in the morning, before we even had a chance to leave the bottles out. Before we knew it, we had 9 empty bottles lining our living room. I called them to have them come pick the bottles up. I requested that they knock when delivering so we knew when they were there, despite promising to do so, they never did.

I requested to get invoices mailed to me, paper or email I didn't care. They promised to do that too, three times, never did. When we finally did get a bill (6 months after requesting one) it was for $0.01. The bill was dated 10/20/12 with a due date of 11/12/12. We are on auto pay, I never saw the penny come out of our account, but on 11/18/12, $32.94 was withdrawn from our account. I called and talked to a rep and she said a new bill was sent out on the 7th (never received that one) for $32.94. 

What kind of company creates 2 bills in less than a month?? When I called and told them I wanted my money back they said they could refund my money but I would have to pay it later. WHAT?? That's when I told them that they could come pick up the 3 full bottles of water, one empty bottle, and their cooler and cancel my service. They said they would pick them up, but I wouldn't get my deposit back on the full bottles and they would charge me a $35 cleaning fee on the cooler.

Another family member has service with this company as well and they never change their order. 2 bottles every other week. They put 2 empties out and get 2 full. Every 3 months, their bill goes from $34 to almost $60. When they call and complain and try to figure out what happened, the company has no explanation and expect them to pay it anyway. They've requested bills as well and have never received them.

When you call this company, they give you the run around, don't explain anything, continuously apologize but don't fix anything. I actually got mad and told the guy to stop saying he was sorry for things he wasn't willing to do anything about. The next words out of his mouth were "I apologize". This company is ridiculous. I want my money back
