E Pro Auction, TekMeds, Auction Success Repeated fraudulent billings, deceptive and dishonest Orem Utah

There are so many people in the same predicament. We should be banding together to file a class action lawsuit so we can recoop our lost funds. Lawyers I hope you are reading. Most people cannot afford to lose $25 much less the hundreds of dollars most of the people have lost, including myself.

Little did I know that ordering the Ebay Success Kit CD for under $5 would turn my life into a living nightmare. No where did it say in the literature that I was subscribing to something. It uses words like if you choose to continue. I too have been ripped off repeatedly, month after month for what seemed to be endless: the charges are TekMeds $24.95, Auction Success $4.25 and E Pro Auction $29.95 and this was for each month; not total amount ripped off.

The literature says TekMeds and Auction Success are bonus items for ordering the CD Kit. Some bonus!! If they are, why are they billing for them?? These charges never seemed to go away.

Talking to Customer Service and Corporate Office repeatedly, being told charges were being reversed/credited, somehow those credits just never did make it back to my account. I have been full circle and have not received a penny - just more monthly billings. They are extremely rude and arrogant. They have also hung up on me.

I guess the worse part of the scenerio is the fact I never used the cd online service. I never even signed up. Once I got the literature, I felt if it sounds too good to be true then it really is and there is something wrong.

My last contact with E Pro Auction was about one week ago, have even spoke to Brent as well. I told them I wanted and demanded a complete refund as I never ever subscribed to any of their services. If it was not possible then I had no alternative but to report them to any and all agencies to end this.

What a horrific merry-go-round. I was promptly told do what you must but you are not getting any refunds. I also realized they must be deleting out any records of customer contact so it looks like they are ligitimate billings. I lost over $500. I, like many, am living on a fixed income and have medical issues.
