I recently made the mistake of agreeing to a "free" trial from e-Pro Auction. I was to understand that I was to pay the $2.95 shipping rate and I would receive a free trial. I did receive my cd,however, to my amazement not even two weeks later $49.95 had been taken out of my bank account. I proceeded to call customer service, in which the lady to whom I spoke, was rude. Not willing to cooperate, and was persistant on her claim that this was my fault. Yet still willing to give me a month free in lue of the trial in which I did not use. I faced repeated refusal for the funds to be deposited back into my account. These types of businesses should be in federal court for their fraudulent acts and dishonesty towards the public. This is truly a sad attempt to rob hard working people (who were trying to catch a break)of well hard earned money.

TOS= Terms Of Service. The second paragraph in their TOS states they will charge you 49.95 a month after the ten day review period, unless/until the member cancels membership.
Granted, you made a mistake. I've made plenty and learned from each one of them.
Is what they did an attempt to rob people? I doubt it, unless you can prove you can't read and therefore did not understand the terms of service when you signed up.
Thanks for posting this, hopefully others will read this, but more importantly, read the Terms of Service statements.
