E TOUR And TRAVEL Misleading, lying, thieves! Orlando Florida

Summery: Inattentive, rude customer service reps, no lower prices then putting a vacation together yourself. Misinformation, misleading, lack of information and/or flat out lying, is the way the conduct business to keep you in the dark as much as possible and take your money. DON'T BOOK WITH THEM, THEY ARE A SCAM!
Here is my story,
In January my wife and I got a call from E Tour and Travel and said that they had a package for 99 dollars that included the following:
3 Nights Orlando
3 Nights Greater Daytona
1 Air Bucks Coupon
2 Orlando Theme Park Ticket
1 1Wk Rental Car

As I think of myself fairly open to things but knowing of scams all the time, I questioned there motives and they directed me to there website. Looking official enough I discussed it with my wife, since this was a cold call to us and having no time for discussion because of the very pushing person on the other end, we decided that it was worth the 99 dollars because even if it was fake the 99 dollars could be lost with only a little annoyance.

They then informed us that they had an Add on for 2 nights in Key West they could add for $100.00. We decided we would rather be in Key West so we took the extra couple nights as well. We figured if we were down there just throw in a couple days on the beach of Key West.

At this point my wife and I were excited to go on vacation as we hadn't planned on one this year, and this would make it possible. But the excitement went to there as it turned to dismay and despair.
Here was a list of things they didn't tell us
I would have to sit through 3 two hour tours (one for each place).

You have to actually go somewhere else prior to checking in with your hotel to get tickets.
You have to fly down because the Car Rental is Florida locations only, we couldn't drive down using the one week car. They treat you like crap.Booking anything is a pain in the butt.

Let me continue my wife and I decided the Key West trip was a good addition, so they charged us the money up front for the extra days at 50 dollars a night. Finally deciding on a date to go down we also figured that we wanted to just stay in key west. So I called them back and after being on hold for a long time I got through to someone. It sounded like they were having a party in the background, there was a lot of laughing and clapping so much that the girl had to continually put her microphone on mute to block it out when she wasn't talking. So continually I heard click, click and sounded like she hung up on me. I asked her to have more add-ons for 50 dollars a night at Key West for 4 more days. She said that she couldn't add anymore days and they would be 150 dollars a night, on top of that she wanted to charge me 50 dollars a night for the nights that were already on my package! So the package that was 50.00 a night for the nights at Key West that I already paid for went to 100 and any additional nights was 150. Still wanting to go to Key West I told her I would take 4 more nights, the total was 600 dollars, on top of my 200 already spent. I argued with the girl and said we already paid for them. She said that they were just on there as eligible and I didn't pay for them I only paid the 99 dollars. Knowing that I paid 200 I went in search of my credit card bills.

I called back and produced the credit card that said that I paid my 200 dollars and finally got them to acknowledge that yes in fact I did pay 200.00 to them! But now they changed there tone from you didn't pay to you paid for something else instead they were now trying to convince me that I paid for the car rental instead of the rooms. I had to produce an email from the manager that stated I already paid for the rooms and still they argued with me. They got extremely defense and interrupting, the girl on the other end didn't want to listen to me even though I produced documents stating facts and finally I got upset and cut her off and said let me speak to your manager. Finally after arguing with him for a while I produced the email once again to him (which he sent to me to being with) and they took $50.00's off.

At this point I am distrusting what they say but I asked them if I could get my air bucks so that I could book a flight. They told me that they had to book the flight for me to get them. I said fine and they had to transfer me to someone else to book the flight. I though fine I'm in this I might as well keep going, so they transferred me to yet another person. While I was on hold for another good 30 min I took a look online to find out airfare to Florida during that time period, which resulted in some good prices. Talking to the lady on the phone, even WITH my airfare buck there prices were still higher then ones I found by my self. I told the lady about this and she informed me that she had the lowest prices, so again I found myself in an argument with someone over prices of an airline ticket that I obviously can see that I searched and got cheaper tickets. I decided I was done with this place.
I bought my tickets for my Airfare as well as my car rental which I refused to have them attempt to figure out, by myself. I wasn't going to let them give me any more headaches.

For the record, I haven't even gone ON the trip yet!
Initial cost for this trip: $200.00
Total cost after all was said and done$1400.00
This doesn't included taxes or any other charges.
I could have found a much better deal going somewhere else, and would have had to deal with the hassle. I will not be buying anything off of them while I am down there, I will never book with them again, and it's a joke to think this is the way they do business.
