Economy Lube They charged double the price they promise for oil change Kitchener Waterloo Ontario

This is my first time to TRY Economy Lube and I had my 1998 subaru outback oil changed. At first I just wanna have normal engine oil change and I expected the price would be under 30 dollars because as usual when I was doing it in Toronto, I paid $25. They looked at my car, said my car is in a very bad shape,"the lube are very very dirty...,...need to be change,...you better do it,...is good for the summer" and suggest me to do a list of maintainance about 7-8 things including AWD oil change, transmission oil change($149),clean the engine,...coolant(I've just added),air filter,something work together with the air filter...,...I don't know, 2 workers there just crazy upselling...I was wondering how do they know the oils are dirty by just looking at it less than 2 minutes? I consider my car got a bit of mileage and I decided to do AWD oil change that they priced it $79x2 and discounted for me to $59x2, While they are doing it, I finally got the bill before tax for 215.32!!! Plus tax 243.32!!! The engine oil change charged $35, AWD oil change charged $180!!!(not 59X2?) Including tax $243.32 for a simpily 15 minutes oil change!!! They "said" in my receipt that they put 2 additives into both front diff and rear diff lube change, the guy who tell me the price($59x2) never mention about the additives (totally 60 dollars more! do these not counted as part of the AWD oil change?) They are expensive! The final price was way more than I expected, I'm just a student, What a Ripeoff! What's funny is they have a service check list on the receipt saying they have checked the tire press, coolant, transmission, air-filter.... ALL GOOD, so why ask me to change? Did you really checked them in such a short time?

Even just for the engine oil change, I don't think this economy lube has used a better lube than the store that I went in Toronto! Luckly I didn't foolish enough to do all they suggested, or I don't know I many additives they can possibily used.
