I placed an order on a carport from Elephant Structures online and put a deposit down. This was April 16. It is now June 16 and still no building.

The Elephant Structure customer service states they farmed contract to R&B Metal. R&B Metal was contacted and set up May 28 delivery. A truck came out but they left stating they did not have the right matterial.

Rescheduled for June 11, 2 weeks later. No show. I finally get in touch with R&B Metal customer service and they tell me the truck broke down. Reschedule for June 25. 2 more weeks.

I do not recommend anyone get their metal outdoor building through either Elephant Structures, Carports.com, or R&B Metal.
