EMC MORTGAGE ripoff IRVING Texas

It's just a shame. I ended up loosing my home, my family home of 52 years after trying to work something out with EMC Mortgage for at least 4 years. I went into forebearance, paid at least $8,000.00 total, not counting increasing mortgage payments, and still ended up loosing my home. I ended up filing a chapter 13, then eventually a Chapter 7 to get out of debt. I am still, trying to regroup, get my life back on track. My family is still separated. At any rate. life goes on. Where do I begin to recoup my losses. I know that the house was sold for less than was owed, by Wells Fargo Bank, the lending institution.
