EMC Mortgage Paid for my taxes to Early and try to charge me interest on my payment which went up and they said it will stay that way until my mortgage is paid off Irving Texas

This company is in hell.This company has paid for my taxes and was not surpose to.For one thing they paid for my Taxes way to early Aug 6 20007 to be exact but was not due until Dec 2007.Okay which caused my Escrow to be a negative.I have sent this company the amount that I owed to make it come back to current on my statement where it says additional Escrow I put in the amount I owed.They put the money where they wonted it to go which is sitting in surpence like $700.00 and they only paid $300 of the escrow.Which is not right all the Escrow was to be paid.They are drawing interest of my money and still my Escrow a negative after I sent in the amount to be paid and was written in the additional Escrow box on my statement along with a check.Also which caused my house note go up like $200 more and they said I will pay that until my loan is paid these people are really crazy my loan is never to move.It's very much there fault because they should not have paid my taxes I don't have it sat up for them to pay my taxes.It is a separate bill that comes to my house so that I can pay it separate from my mortgage every year.Some how they took it among themselves to try to pay it and then at that early.If I"m late with my taxes they charge a late fee.EMC should have nothing to do with my taxes.These Company is going to hell.I will talk to my Lawyer.A Claim Action Suite really needs to start on this company they are getting away big time, they are going to cause a lot of hard working people to lose there homes over Evil things they are doing.
