EMC which is ran out of Irving Tx, and the Corporate office in Lewisville Tx is by far the most crooked white collar criminals around.

If any homeowner has these thugs for the servicer of the loan by all means protect yourself and your most precious asset -your home. If not they will "take" it. When others use steal it is adequate however EMC soon to be doing business as Bear Stearns Residental Mortgage Corp. is on the "take." They are like a low life drug dealer

Please be aware that EMC is very skilled at creating defaults, hiding and losing payments and you all have heard the rest.

In order for this company to thrive which they are doing even in the midst of all of the foreclosure scandals and meltdown and people losing their homes is the cooperation that they either buy, or the money that their parent company Bear Stearns holds. They use this influence to "fund" their crimes. Believe it or not they make money on Foreclosures. EMC is not in the least bit interested in saving a home from foreclosure.

I have had the misfortune of having EMC as the "servicer of my loan" as soon as EMC purchased the servicing rights in December 2006. They filed in civil court to get me out of my house with a forcible detainer, mind you I had 2 other servicers since I closed on this house in 2005. I have been fighting them close to a year. Their customer service reps are rude and the attorney agency they employ to do their dirty work do not care about anything but being paid by EMC.

They did not send any info to me concerning the servicing of my loan, when the constable showed up at my door and served my husband with the forcible detainer I never knew they existed.....Until Google, when I pulled them up on Google (holy smoke). Every paragraph has EMC in it for mortgage servicing scandals.

A poor man named Mr. Wright was evicted through the court system I might add with EMC as the servicer. They held themselves out as the owner and holder of the mortgage note. Not!

They continually go into the courts and provide false testimony through these big name attorney agencies, file false documents and affidavits in court and they get away with it.

Please be aware that the courts, Congress, and many others are aware of the problem with predatory loan "servicers" who do not own or hold the note on the loans. They are all complicit in this because they choose to look the other way and turn a blind eye to this issue, or inact laws to put these predators in their place.

Please go to MSfraud and lenderliabilitylaw. Arm yourself with knowledge about these predators. Write your congressmen and women and representatives. Let's show them in the next elections state and national that we will not stand by and allow them to take Pac money and such from these predators and turn a blind eye. EMC and the like must be stamped out utterly.
