Empire flooring They flooded my house and then disappeared! Florida

Empire flooring flooded my home. They tried to put flooring over the water and when I refused and requested they have a manager come to my home they stopped answering my calls and emails. They would not take responsibility for the damage and after water sitting for days I was left with no other choice but to call my insurance and file a claim so that my insurance company could go after them. They are still holding 7500 of my money for work that wasnt completed. When we inspected the materials they had left behind at my home we found used/open boxes with cut and broken pieces they had intended to install. The work that was done is unprofessional and sloppy. Dealing with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare and they dont return phone calls.
