Encore Financial Services Ripoff liars unprofessional dishonest thieves ST. George Utah

I was contacted by a customer service rep telling me I had been approved for their credit card, which he claimed I applied for. I had applied for serveral cards but they were all well known cards not help build your credit ones. I was looking for better rates. I asked which card he was calling on. He could not say. He told me the company would put 500.00 in my checking account and I would be then billed 199.00 for a onetime mebership fee. I had a period to call and cancel if I wanted to. He set the cancelation date after the draft and the company never gave me 500.00. I opened the checking account just for this deposit they were suppose to make.

After the first draft attempt occured, my account was negative. I called and asked them not to send out anymore draft attempts or I would call my lawyer. They did it again and now my bank is complaining my account is $50.00 below account minimum. I told my bank what was happening. They also sent out a service agreement that I was to sign saying I would not take part in any class act lawsuits. I did not sign it. Instead I plan on contacting a lawyer and suing them. I want my money back in my account. $50.00! I also want any contact with me to stop as I have asked them. I have proof they call me because it is on my cell phone bill.
