Encore Financial Services ripoff, took more money out of my account than allowed, never issued a cc St. George Utah

Encore called me and told me they could help me since i had bad credit, so stupid me I listened. The offer sounded good to me so they suckered me in for 145.00 plus 24.95 processing fee.

They told me in 4- 6 weeks i would receive a credit card. Well I never heard from them or seen a credit card since then and that was two months ago.

Well today is may 15, 2004 and I received a letter in the mail from Encore and they told me to go to their website to apply for credit cards and only if i am denied 3 times I can get my money back. Why would i apply with more company's if Encore was the one that told me that they were going to give me a credit card?

I tried to access their account but it said webpage unavailable, if I would've thought to check this out before telling them yes and giving them my account number then I would not have been in this predictament.

Also they gave my account number out to other company's letting them take money out of my account until i put a hold on my account that it stopped and I also called one of the business they gave my account out too and told them I was going to sue them if they tried it again.

Please help me. I am out all together around 400.00...Please get my money back or stop this company from doing to someone else like me. Thank you
