Enterprise Car Roof Damage Riverdale Georgia

Rented a car from Enterprise on Wednesday November 25th. Night before we had bad weather, rain with ice. Wednesday morning car still had ice on roof and windshield. Since it was so cold inspection took only couple minutes. There were dents on the passenger's side doors, which was notated in the contract. I signed it. Dropped off the car 3 days later. I had to be at work early in morning so i just dropped off the car and put the keys in the outside box.

Monday comes and i havent gotten my deposit back, contacted Enterprise they said there was damage to the roof and they are keeping the depost. They claim that dents were very big. And when i talked to manager, he seems to be stuck saying one sentence. "It was not documented on the contract". Yes it was not documented, how could have been documented when there was ice on the roof and employee did not removed it to check. When i had the car in my possession for 3 day i have not noticed any damage to the roof especially big dents that they claim there was.

The funny things is 11:00am on Monday the car is already in the shop to be repaired. But previous dents on the doors never been fixed before we rent it out, but dents on the roof car went in the shop real fast without even contacting me.

I have rented cars before, dropped them off overnight, never had problems, always clean and no damage. That car had stains all over the seats, just needed car fast and in a rush. Never again!!!
