EquinoX Skin Care Equinox US Ordered trial offer,received product and cancelled subscription since charged $99 before 14day trial period expires. As per their instruction, product returned to NV address, and refund followed up for 1 month. Company denied receiving product and was asking for tracking #. It was sent thru USPS. Until now no refund made and customer service people hangs up the phone on you. They said no tracking refund. Sparks,NV Nevada

I ordered a trial offer for Equinox skin care via internet offer I have received the product and tried it for 1-2 days and it gave me allergy. I did not return it right away until I saw in my card statement that I was charged $99(2) days before expiration date, so I called ph # 1877-316-1866 to question the charges and cancelled the subscription right away. I got an email instruction how to return it to the instructed address.. I sent the product via USPS on a first class mail. Accidentally I threw away my receipt. I have been following up with customer service at ph# 1-877-862-9839 for 1 month now and still no refund seen. I have been calling the phone #'s I have and they deny receiving the returned product. They asked for tracking # with USPS. I did not think of sending it with return receipt since I was confident that they are a trusted company. So, now, I lost $99 because they refuse to acknowledge receipt of the product ( which must be their modus operandi) and give me a refund. Unluckily I cannot find my receipt and USPS cannot help without that receipt. They also have the product back..I am pretty sure of it.

So, fellow consumers..Beware of this Equinox free trial scam..check your method of payment and if you have to return the it with return receipt..anyway that you can track it down. Customer services says they are base in the US, they speak with an accent, there is lots of pauses on the phone conversation, they hang up on you and says it is your connection problem and they give you run around stories. Take care.
