This place will promise you one thing on the phone but then send you a letter with COMPLETELY different terms than what was promised.  When confronted about it they say - well if you read the letter it clearly states that only what is in print will count.  So they get you to purchase a deal on the phone - THEN send you the letter with the different terms - how in the world is this legal?????

I even asked them to go back to the recording of the call -which they say all calls are recorded - they said it would not matter because they only go by what is in writing !!!

When I called to talk to them about the discrepancies they were rude and did not care that I got ripped off.  They said I should just read the letter and there is nothing they can do.  The woman was extremely rude.
