Called to cancel. They changed package to hopefully keep me. I still wanted to cancel. Kept asking for reason. Stated I changed my mind, did not trust them. They kept saying they need a valid reason. I kept saying I changed my mind and wanted my money back. She would not listen to me and refused to cancel until I gave her a reason. I filled report with Better Business Bureau. I am so angry. Wish I had never answered the phone. 389$ lesson for me.

Etout and travel 15 day refund period.

I have been told that even tho they refuse to give you a refund after 15 days, that you can still get your refund if you put in on a credit card. Fla has a 30 day refund law, but they will not tell you that. Also they usually will not send the packets out in time for you to get them in the 15 day period.
