Everhome Mortgage Company In May 2007 I had sent two payments for May-June and july when I sent my normal payment to Everhome they sent it back to me and stated that I had own them 9 months payments. Foreclosure Jacksonville Florida

Like I was saying I was with netbank and they went out of business last time two payments I sent to netbank was in May of 2007 for May and June. they sent a letter stated that starting June my regular payment will have to be send to Everhome. I wanted to sent my payment a little early so my midlle of june I sent my regular payment to Everhome they sent it back with a letter stated I own them 9 months payments that my house didn't have any insurance and I own attorney fee too. I called everhome and sent them all prove of payment that was made for the whole year.

When I called they transferred me to foreclosure dept and attorney office and spoke to a Miss Chritina Anthonio she said was working on it to find out my money gone and what Netbank did to my payment until now everytime I called it's the same thing they can't get in touch with Netbank.

They had also sent me a paper stated that I didn't have insurance in my house I had to called ny insurance to sent them prove my house was covered for the whole year.
