Everhome Mortgage Company wont approve many shorts sale offers Jacksonville, Florida

my house has been been on short sale status with Everhome Mortgage for a little over a year. Our loan is owned by Fannie Mae. Everhome supposedly offered us ridiculous and rippoff loan modification terms. therefore we opted to continue with our already pending short sale offers. We have submitted several offers, each offer higher than the last offer. Everhome takes no less 4-6 months to send a BPO to appraise our house after each offer. Causing several buyers and realtors to loose interest in Everhome even acknowledging their offers. I call the Priority Services department on a regular basis and usually speak with a Robi Tracy and Amy. I also call our Negotiator which has changed at least 2-3 times on a regular basis and leave Elinda Murphy (current negotiator) voicemails that she hardly ever returns. Elinda tells us all the time, " she will get to us when she can and right now we our not up and she has other clients ahead of us"

Please help us. We put down $80,000 cash as deposit, got a screwy loan and were than sold to Everhome in the middle of a supposedly streamline refinance. Even so, we have been in contact with Ever since 2008 and have been trying to do whats right. However I think Everhome rather Foreclose on us.
