evolution world wide sent car camera that was broken and now will not respond to replace Internet, Internet

I ordered a dash camera for my car. When I got it, it was broken.
after several phone calls and emails, I finaly got the return information to return it.
I returned the as instructed and now I am getting no where with them. I am out the money for the camera and they won't send another one or let me know what is going on.
