Exxon Gas Card - Don't Process Payment So They Can Charge Late Fee
I recently moved. I sent my payment and filled out the change of address form on the payment stub. I enclosed both in the envelope and mailed. The next month I get a bill from Exxon with a late charge - saying they hadn't received my payment at the time of the next billing date. BUT, they had my new address - now if they didn't receive payment - how did they have the new address - which was enclosed in the same envelope. What a ripoff!!
