What an absolute shambles they are and I am surprised they can continue to trade!

I live in London, England and placed an order for ink on 27th October 2006 for a total of $66 and for the shipping to go to my father in Oregon - not too far away from California.

2 weeks later my father asked when the delivery was as nothing had arrived, I called them to be told yes, the package was sent however they will send another as it looks like it had been lost (yeah right!) I asked how long it would take -"3to4 days". After a week still no package.

I couldn't keep calling from the UK as their telephone system is disgusting - it is all dead ends unless you want to place an order and automatically cuts you off at the end for any oterh enquires, so my father took up the case. Come the end of December, I had had enough, the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced, the service is dire and they really dont care about after service, just getting the money in first!

I wrote the end of December demanding a refund, I had a reply saying it would take 2 days to process in the finace dept but I would get my refund within 2 weeks.
Hey h*o - 2 and a half weeks on I check my creditcard to find no refund (no surprise there then!)

Today I have called again (having to pick the option of placing an order to get to speak to anyone) to be told that no refund had been placed on my account and that they cant do a refund on my card as they have changed bank merchants (wonder why?) and they would issue me a refund cheque and it would take 2 weeks.

No good to me to have acheque in dollers, I live in the UK and told the awful, ignorant service girl that I prefer a refund payment to my card.

The awful girl who kept interupting me was adamant that no payment could be refunded on my card.

I have now taken it up with my credit card company to chase as I am exhasperated with the whole shoddy company. I would like to warn any person looking to purchase from this sham of a company DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Over 3 months have passed and I have no ink and no refund - stay well clear of these rip-off merchants.
