Fairbanks Capital Corp Aka Loan Servicing Center A Nightmare Fulfilled Forbearance, Threatening Foreclosure Again! Salt Lake City Utah

ARE THERE ANY LAWSUITS IN IOWA AGAINST THIS COMPANY? I have tried searching the internet, but apparently don't know what I'm looking for, or looking in the wrong place.

We just came out of a 12 month forebearance agreement with these bloodthirsty vultures, and they are at us again with letters threatening foreclosure. They are threatening legal fees and everything else all over again. They took our final forebearance payment, which was in the well known "suspense account" and applied it to fees.

The letter claims they want 2 months payment plus, when we are only 1 month behind. If they had applied the final payment instead of using it for fees, we would be caught up. They want it within 30 day (of course we get it today, before the holiday weekend which wastes more days) or they are going to start this foreclosure crap and all legal fees all over again.

They told my husband on the phone that we are only 1 month behind. But they won't give us anything in writing as usual. And their hateful demand letter they sent of course would be the only thing to stand up in court because IT IS in writing.

I'm sick to death of these @$$holes. They even reported to the credit reporting agencies that they had started foreclosure proceedings, when all they did was have a lawyer send a demand for payment/payment arrangement letter to us. No papers were ever served, or foreclosure lawsuit filed against us. But they told the credit reporting agencies that we were in foreclosure anyway!
