Fairbanks Capital Corp AKA Loan Servicing Center Any Iowans here Interested in Class Action suit Salt Lake City Utah
*Consumer Comment: A fellow Iowan that is fed up with Fairbanks
I'm so sick of hate mail from Fairbanks! Demand letters and foreclosure threats non stop.
They even stopped sending monthly statements back in April near the end of our forbearance agreement. No reason as to why either.
Are there any other Iowans here? Anyone interested in organizing a class action suit?

A fellow Iowan that is fed up with Fairbanks

My husband and I have had nothing but problems with Fairbanks from the time that they took over the loan from ContiMortgage. Payments that were mailed that were never cashed nor applied, then letters that were received after NUMEROUS voice mail messages and inquiries as to where the checks were and why they had not been cashed or applied to the loan. Then the replies that stated that we would lose our home. We are in the second threatened foreclosure of our home.
I have contacted the Federal Trade Commission, The Office of Comptroller of Currency, HUD, Iowa State Attorney General's office and have started doing research.
I can never get a straight answer to what the charges are on my statements, how the fees were calculated or why they are charging me for insurance that I already carry on my home.
I am VERY VERY VERY interested in seeing what we need to do to start a class action suit against Fairbanks for Iowa residents.
