fairbanks capital and the loan servicing center have decided to operate outside the law effectively making them outlaws. as such care should be taken when dealing with them. the people who work for known outlaws are outlaws themselves. these people will lie at the drop of a hat and will step outside the law whenever they deem necessary. the people this company sends to your home to appraise or post notices may very well be armed. when dealing with this company over the phone you are told you are being recorded turn this back on them by buying a simple device to turn your phone and cassette recorder into a phone recorder of your own, when you play one of their lies back to them they almost choke. lets use this forum to create as many problems as possible for them. anyone considering a loan or mortgage should specify in the contract that fairbanks capital or any subsidiarie of same or any company owned or managed by the principals or directors of fairbanks will be excluded from "servicing" this new loan. lets name the lendors that send business to this outlaw firm (in my case, chase manahattan) if we can embarass thes seemingly reputable companies by exposing their involvment with these outlaws maybe we can erode their customer base. knowledge is power, the more we know about who is using these outlaws the better off everyone will be.
