Fallen hero bracelets Michael Friedman Haven't received my item, and then got abused Seattle WA

So I ordered a tshirt online, when I should've researched this site before I jumped on in and bought the item! After 2 months I had heard nothing from the contact page! I kept my patience as I am in Australia. After another month had passed I emailed several times to find out an eta, to which I got no response at all. Finally I had enough and sent a blunt email asking for a refund. Michael, who appears to be a scholar, (or so he wants you to believe by telling you all about his education but not where your item is) responded saying he hadn't heard from me and this was the first correspondence he had received! Funny that my sent items showed otherwise. He proceeded to tell me about his education but nothing as to where my item was or when and if I could receive a refund! Being in Australia the shipping cost was more than high. He told me that he would reorder, this was the second time I heard this but then called me an inconsiderate a**hole! Now we are approaching July and it's been 4 months, and I am without my money and item! This guy is filth and the company should be closed down!
