 My wife and I bought gift packs of $15 Fandango gift cards for many of our service providers only to find that each had to pay a $4.00 convenience fee to get each movie ticket. 

The tickets could only be book tickets online.  You could not use the gift card at any theater ticket counter.  You had to book online, pay the fee, print a voucher and take it to the ticket counter.  How is this "convenient" versus just buying a ticket at the ticket counter? 

I have ageed to pay the fee for everyone but will never use Fandango gift cards again.  What a ripoff.
