Client had been paying for their "septic system Warranty" for over 3 years. When he had a needed repair, they claimed it was "excluded" under the "warranty" and they refused to pay. Almost everything that could go wrong with a septic system is excluded by the fine print, which is never disclosed to the consumer. The whole thing is simply a scam to sell their expensive septic system products.
