FedEx is holding onto my packages and WON'T DELIVER. They held onto it for 3 days in Breinigsville, PA for 3 days. Now it has finally arrived in Pittston, PA but has not moved since. It WAS supposed to be delivered TOMORROW (WEDNESDAY 11/28/18). But they changed the status to THURSDAY 11/29/18. HAS NOT MOVED. My tracking number is 9261299998825452550639. They are taking way too long to ship and deliver a package. They are lazy and don't want to ship. They only want to ship when it suits them. This should be against the law.

The shipment finally DID arrive. FedEx is NOTORIOUSLY bad, and they do sit on packages and only ship and deliver when it suits them. UPS is WAY better. I have notified all people I do business with to NOT USE FedEx. It is common knowledge that this shipping company is the worst company to deal with. You will not get your package.

The seller didn't disclose WHAT shipping service he used.
- Then that is an issue between you and the seller not FedEx
Secondly, it doesn't mean you don't DO YOUR JOB that you were paid to do.
- Not really sure who you think you are talking to but I have no affiliation to FedEx. Their job is to deliver your package within the services that were paid for. According to the tracking number that you made PUBLIC this was done on the 29th. By the way the one thing we also don't know is if there were other issues beyond their control that kept it from being delivered on the 28th, or if you are in an area that they consider a rual area that requires additional time for delivery.
I am reporting your "rebuttal" to FedEx Corporation for such disgraceful, lazy service.
- Not really sure what you think sending them comments from some web siite is going to accomplish. Again this is a PUBLIC web site, and as such the PUBLIC may make comments. Even if those comments may not agree with what you think. I have never worked for this or any shipping company. i just know how shipping works.

First of all, I did not "choose" ground service. The seller didn't disclose WHAT shipping service he used. Secondly, it doesn't mean you don't DO YOUR JOB that you were paid to do. I am reporting your "rebuttal" to FedEx Corporation for such disgraceful, lazy service. This still doesn't give you the right to hold onto my packages or hold onto ANYBODY'S packages. This place should be shut down.

You paid for "ground" service which is the cheapest, lowest priority service. It is not a guaranteed service. In fact when I bet it was shipped you were given an "estimated" time of probably 4-7 days, and that is usually BUSINESS days.
So yes, it will take lower priority over people that paid for expedited service such as 1 or 2 day guaranteed service. It isn't a RipOff, it isn't illegal and if you wanted the package faster you just would have had to pay for faster shipping.
