WARNING!!!! DO NOT WORK FOR FFE TRUCKING COMPANY!!!!!
I STARTED WORKING FOR FFE BACK IN SEPT OF 2010. I WAS ILLEGALLY TERMINATED MARCH 9 2011. THEY HAVE NOT GIVEN ME A REASON FOR TERMINATION. I HAVE A CLEAN TRUCKING MVR RECORD OF 20 YEARS BY THE WAY. COMING TO THIS COMPANY HAS SCREWED ALL THAT UP. THIS COMPANY HAS KIDS WORKING FOR IT THAT DO NOT KNOW HOW TO HANDLE PROBLEMS ACCURATELY. THEY HAVE NEVER BEEN IN A TRUCK BEFORE. THEY ARE VERY IMPULSIVE AND IF THEY SCREW UP A PICK UP OR DELIVERY THEY WILL THROW YOU UNDER THE BUS. THEY ACT FRIENDLY BUT ARE NOT. THEY ALSO HAVE THE POWER TO FIRE YOU WITHOUT CAUSE. THEY TREAT YOU LIKE SH*T AND YOU MAKE ONE MISTAKE THEY WILL GET RID OF YOU. ONCE THEY GET RID OF YOU THEY WILL NOT PAY YOU YOUR LAST WORKING PAYCHECK THEY WILL KEEP IT AND FALSELY ACCUSE YOU OF TAKING OUT ADVANCES OR NOT TURNING IN LUMPER RECEIPTS SO THAT THEY CAN KEEP YOUR MONEY. YOU CAN NEVER GET IN CONTACT WITH THE HIRE UPS. ITS ALL A DOG AND PONY SHOW. I'VE LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGE AND EMAIL TO R STUBBS WHICH IS THE CEO his email is rstubbs@ffex.net AND HAVE NEVER GOTTEN A CALL OR EMAIL BACK. HE HIDES BEHIND HIS EMPLOYEES. BOTTOM LINE IS NEVER EVER WORK FOR THIS COMPANY....THEY WILL SCREW YOU LIKE THEY HAVE HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE IN THE PAST.

I was a Company driver for FFE and now a Truck Owner/ Operator and can say that the Drivers who do not make the grade at FFE are WASHED OUT like a bad stain. I did some research and found out this SO-Called driver got a serious attitude with the Company and made several threats to Abandon the Equipment, He refused loads and DID NOT follow company policy. This So called driver claims a clean record and in fact he was issued a ticket for having Beer in his truck cab, He also had a passenger and NO LETTER saying he could. he also was one who could not plan his trips and was not willing to learn to use the EOBR.
This is a driver who belongs at SWIFT Transportation in Phoenix, AZ
He did sign a agreement with FFE stating that he could be "Fired without cause/reason.
