I would first like to take this opportunity to apologize to anyone that has received this letter bearing the Advanis company name. Even though the letter and checks are a scam and Advanis is in no way associated with this scam it is still very unfortunate that our name has been used in conjunction with this potentially harmful scheme.

We became aware of these mailings approximately 3 months ago at which time we immediately filed a report with Phone Busters - The Canadian Anti-Fraud Call Centre (www.phonebusters.com).
