we orderd products and the billing got a little behind , and they made a deal with us to catch it up and went bad on the deal .it was the late fee charges that origally caused the problem then when they didnt remove the late fees it caused us to get further behind because now the finance charges got higher .

so eventually after ???????of threatining phone calls they sent it to a collection agency (axsys national bank )and the worst part is i allow them to take a automatic payment each month out of my personal checking account ,and they refuse even after phone conversations on sending me any of the original paperwork showing what i orderd and the prices of products or amounts ive paid .

i dont have the paperwork from fingerhut on the orders and prices of products as a result of a fully totaled house fire in witch i lost all my paperwork so i have no idea of what i am supposing to be paying on ,and they will not send me even a monthly statement showing how much i owe them .

they gave me a amount of $900.00something .and just say they wont collect once im paid up .i dont even have a pay off date that i know of ..and they never took off the late fees they promissed in the beggining .ive been paying atleast a couple of years like i say they refuse to send me any paperwork to prove what i owed and still owe thank you for your time i really hope you can help me or ill probley pay till ??????
