I have been using this company for almost 3 years...$52.95 a month plus $55 for a visit from repairman to fix problems.  The issue is they never get anything actually repaired but instead "patch" repairs...I have had them out to work on my stove 2x's in the 1st year and then again this year (it takes me awhile to get up the $55 I need to pay up front or I would of had them out more often) I had them out 3x's on the same issue.  My Kenmore smooth top range and oven (self cleaning) with all timers...etc...was not holding temp in ovens or in the burners.  the oven had caught fire 2 or 3 times as we attempted to used the self clean.  The meals I would try to cook to 2 to 4 times longer than they should of and many times the meat was raw in middle and burnt on outside....and don't try to bake a cake or cookies...So I asked after the maximum visits to have the stove replaced...they refused because they say they can't find a mechanical problem to put their finger on.  I offerred to make a movie of cooking to show what it was doing...they wouldn't accept that...nor any of my records of trouble.  So I turned it over to Channel 6 news and The BBB in Van Nuys hoping to get a reaction out of them....then sent my letter to cancel the service...well, the cancellation letter got the most reaction...a young man called to try to "save the business" and he offerred to contact the supervisors who refused to talk to me, and get it resolved...since then I was forced into purchasing a new stove on my own.  He offerred to get me a refund for the stove they should of replaced and a $55 coupon for next repair visit...this would have been satisfactory.  However, he had to call me today to advise he actually dealt with 2 different High Management people who refused the now I have cancelled..but don't want anyone else to have to deal with this stuff!!!  Keep your money and save it to do your own repairs or least that way you have control.
